Building Schedule

Habitat is now begining the seventh and last home on Dana Street/DickWilliams Way and needs volunteers of every skill level from novice to professional. We will be raising walls and closing in the Martinez home; volunteers will be welcomed every Saturday from 9am to 5pm with lunch and drinks provided .

Improvements: water, sewer, utilities, drainage $35,000
City fees and carrying costs until sale $15,000
HFH overhead to run the shop $ 7,000
Contribution to HFH International for global builds $ 5,000
Construction costs: about $45 per square foot $65,000
